The very last sentence reads "The great results from AMS now are perhaps "just a tad sweeter that way" than if the road to this point had been less turbulent".

If you are working hard on your business, you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel and you want so bad to give up. Keep going, push through it because when you reach success, it will taste better than anything you ever tasted, and chances are, if you are smart, you won't let it go.
